For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following:

We will not accept the return of custom printed item unless they are found to be faulty.

Cost to return goods is to be covered by the customer.

Items returned after 15 days will be refunded via store credit.
